AdminHQ — Central Command Dashboard

AdminHQ is the control center for your entire Tellus EHS platform. This is where you manage everything that isn't chemicals, plans, or training — your company profile, team members, physical sites, subscription, branding, and security settings. Think of it as the backstage area that keeps your compliance program running smoothly.

If you're an Administrator, you'll spend time here during initial setup and whenever you need to add people, open a new site, or adjust your subscription. Once your organization is configured, AdminHQ runs quietly in the background while you focus on the modules that matter most — ChemIQ, Plan Builder, and SafePath.


What You Can Manage

Organization Profile

Your company's identity in Tellus — legal name, address, industry, contact information, and regulatory identifiers like your EIN, EPA Facility ID, and D-U-N-S Number. Keeping this information accurate matters because it flows into your HazCom plans, exported reports, and compliance documentation.

Sites & Locations

Your physical facilities and the areas within them. Sites are places like warehouses, offices, and manufacturing plants. Locations are the specific areas inside a site — storage rooms, lab benches, flammable cabinets. Your entire chemical inventory, training program, and HazCom plans are organized around this site structure.

Users & Roles

Your team and what they can do. Invite employees, assign one of eight system roles (from full Administrator access to limited Contractor or Viewer access), and control who sees what at each site. The permission system is granular enough to match your real org chart.

Your current plan, usage metrics, and payment information. Compare plans side by side, upgrade when you need more capacity, and download invoices for your records.
