ChemIQ — Smart Chemical Inventory

ChemIQ is the core chemical inventory and SDS management module. Your agent manages your entire chemical inventory — it parses SDSs automatically, organizes chemicals by CAS number, tracks quantities per location, recommends PPE based on NIOSH guidelines, and prints compliant labels.

  • Excel/CSV Import — Upload existing spreadsheets with column mapping.
  • Invoice Upload — Upload purchase order PDFs and AI extracts line items.
  • Add from SDS Library — Create inventory entries from SDSs you've already uploaded.
  • Copy from Another Site — Duplicate inventory from an existing site to a new one.

All imports go through a staging area where supervisors review and approve before items enter your final inventory.
