Getting started with Tellus takes about two minutes. Whether you're setting up your company for the first time or joining a team that already uses the platform, it all starts with creating your account.
Sign Up
- Visit the Tellus EHS sign-up page
- Fill in your full name, work email address, and a password
- Click
Create Account
That's it. You'll see a confirmation message telling you to check your email.
Verify Your Email
Within a few minutes, you'll receive a verification email from Tellus. Open it and click the Verify Email link. This confirms your identity and activates your account.
If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk folder. You can also request a new verification email from the login page.
Your First Login
What you see after logging in depends on how you got here:
- Creating a new company? You'll land on the Company Onboarding Wizard, which walks you through setting up your organization, choosing a plan, and adding your first site.
- Accepted an invitation? You'll go straight to your company dashboard. Your admin has already configured the company settings, so you're ready to start working.
Tips for a Smooth Start
- Use your work email. Your account is tied to company invitations and role assignments. Personal email addresses can cause confusion when your admin manages the team roster.
- Choose a strong password. At least 8 characters with a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters. Tellus stores sensitive compliance data, so account security matters.
- One account, multiple companies. If you're a consultant or work with multiple organizations, you only need one Tellus account. Each client company invites you separately, and you switch between them using the company selector in the header.
