Viewer Quickstart
For: Viewer | Tier: Starter / Standard / Pro
You've been given Viewer access to Tellus EHS, which means you can see everything but can't make changes. This is common for stakeholders who need visibility into the compliance program without managing it directly -- think executives, regional supervisors, auditors, or board members reviewing safety posture.
Step 1: Accept Your Invitation and Log In
Check your email for an invitation from your company. Click the link, set your password, and log in. You'll land on the company dashboard.
Step 2: Understand Your Access
As a Viewer, you have read-only access across the platform. Here's what that means:

Step 3: Browse the Chemical Inventory
Go to ChemIQ to see every chemical tracked across the company's sites. You can filter by site, search by product name or CAS number, and view hazard classifications and GHS pictograms for each chemical.
Step 4: View Published Plans
Open Plan Builder to read the company's published compliance plans, including the Written HazCom Program. These documents outline how the company manages chemical safety, who is responsible for what, and what procedures are in place.
Step 5: Check Compliance Reports
Insights gives you a high-level view of the company's compliance posture. You can see SDS coverage rates, training completion percentages, and overall readiness scores. This is the fastest way to understand where the organization stands.
Need More Access?
If you need to make changes -- add chemicals, upload SDSs, create training, or manage users -- ask your company admin to update your role. Roles can be changed at any time in AdminHQ without creating a new account.
