Creating a Tellus account is free and takes about two minutes. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial on the Standard plan — no credit card required.

Steps​

  1. Go to the Tellus sign-up page
  2. Enter your full name
  3. Enter your work email address — this becomes your login
  4. Create a password (minimum 8 characters)
  5. Click Sign Up
  6. Check your email for a verification link from Tellus
  7. Click the link in the email to verify your account
  8. You're redirected to the onboarding wizard, which walks you through setting up your company:
    • Select your industry and company type
    • Choose your plan and enable modules
    • Enter company details and contact information
    • Designate your Program Coordinator (OSHA Step 1)
    • Add your sites and locations
    • Invite your team

Once onboarding is complete, your Tellus account is ready to use.

Password Requirements​

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • No maximum length limit
  • Mix of letters, numbers, and symbols is recommended but not enforced

Already Have an Account?​

If someone invited you to their company, you don't need to sign up separately. See Accept an Invitation instead.

If you already have a Tellus account and need to log in, see Sign In.

Troubleshooting​

  • Didn't receive the verification email? Check your spam or junk folder. The email comes from Tellus EHS. If you still don't see it after a few minutes, try signing up again with the same email — Tellus will resend the verification.
  • Email already in use? If your email is already registered, use Sign In instead, or reset your password if you've forgotten it.
