Once you have a Tellus account, signing in is straightforward.
Steps
- Go to the Tellus login page
- Enter your email address
- Enter your password
- Click
Sign In
You're taken to your dashboard with the last company and site you were viewing pre-selected.
Session Duration
Your login session lasts 12 hours. After 12 hours, Tellus signs you out automatically and you'll need to log in again. This is a security measure to protect your account, especially on shared computers.
Forgot Your Password?
- On the login page, click
Forgot password? - Enter the email address associated with your account
- Click
Send Reset Link - Check your email for a password reset link from Tellus
- Click the link — it takes you to a page where you can set a new password
- Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters) and confirm it
- Click
Reset Password - You're redirected to the login page — sign in with your new password
The reset link is valid for a limited time. If it expires, repeat the process to get a new one.
Troubleshooting
- "Invalid credentials" error — Double-check your email and password. Passwords are case-sensitive.
- Account not found — If you received an invitation but haven't created an account yet, see Accept an Invitation.
- Password reset email not arriving — Check your spam folder. The email comes from Tellus EHS. If it still doesn't arrive, confirm you're using the same email address you signed up with.
- Account deactivated — If your administrator has deactivated your account, you won't be able to log in. Contact your company's Tellus administrator.
