Once you have a Tellus account, signing in is straightforward.


Steps

  1. Go to the Tellus login page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Enter your password
  4. Click Sign In

You're taken to your dashboard with the last company and site you were viewing pre-selected.


Session Duration

Your login session lasts 12 hours. After 12 hours, Tellus signs you out automatically and you'll need to log in again. This is a security measure to protect your account, especially on shared computers.


Forgot Your Password?

  1. On the login page, click Forgot password?
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account
  3. Click Send Reset Link
  4. Check your email for a password reset link from Tellus
  5. Click the link — it takes you to a page where you can set a new password
  6. Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters) and confirm it
  7. Click Reset Password
  8. You're redirected to the login page — sign in with your new password

The reset link is valid for a limited time. If it expires, repeat the process to get a new one.


Troubleshooting

  • "Invalid credentials" error — Double-check your email and password. Passwords are case-sensitive.
  • Account not found — If you received an invitation but haven't created an account yet, see Accept an Invitation.
  • Password reset email not arriving — Check your spam folder. The email comes from Tellus EHS. If it still doesn't arrive, confirm you're using the same email address you signed up with.
  • Account deactivated — If your administrator has deactivated your account, you won't be able to log in. Contact your company's Tellus administrator.
