Billing & Subscription

The Billing section in AdminHQ gives you full visibility into your subscription, usage metrics, and payment details.

Your Plan​

Tellus EHS has one plan: $99/month with all features included. Your plan includes up to 100 products, 3 sites, and 15 users.

Subscription Status​

Your plan card shows your current status:

  • Active — Your subscription is in good standing
  • Trial — You're in your 14-day free trial (a banner shows how many days remain)
  • Past Due — A payment has failed and needs attention
  • Canceled — Your subscription has been canceled
  • Expired — Your trial or subscription period has ended

Usage Metrics​

Below your plan card, usage bars show how much of your plan's limits you're consuming:

When a usage bar reaches 80%, it turns red to alert you that you're approaching your limit.

Enabled Modules​

All modules are included on every Tellus account:

  • ChemIQ — Chemical inventory and SDS management
  • Plan Builder — Written HazCom Program generation
  • SafePath — Training and certification tracking
  • Insights — Compliance dashboards and reporting
  • AdminHQ — Company settings, users, and billing

Billing Details​

The Billing Details tab manages your payment information:

  • Payment method — Add or update your credit card
  • Billing address — The address associated with your payment method
  • Billing contact — The email address that receives invoices and payment notifications

This feature is coming soon. During the beta period, billing is managed by the Tellus team.

Invoices & Exports​

The Invoices & Exports tab provides your billing history:

  • Invoice list — All past invoices with date, amount, and status
  • Download — Click any invoice to view or export as PDF
  • Export billing data — Download your complete billing history as CSV for your accounting team

Free Trial​

Every new Tellus account starts with a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. During the trial:

  • You have access to every module and feature
  • A trial banner in the Billing section shows how many days remain
  • No credit card is required to start
  • At the end of the trial, subscribe to continue using Tellus
