Branding

Branding lets you customize Tellus with your company's visual identity. When your exported documents, labels, and certificates carry your logo and colors, they look professional and reinforce your brand — whether you're handing a training certificate to an employee or presenting compliance documentation to an OSHA inspector.
What You Can Customize
Company Logo
Upload your company logo to have it appear throughout the platform and on generated documents.
- Supported formats — PNG or SVG
- Recommended size — 200 x 60 pixels (wider logos work best since they appear in horizontal header areas)
- File size — Maximum 2 MB
- Transparent background — Recommended for the best appearance across light and dark surfaces
Brand Colors
Set your company's primary color to give the platform a custom feel:
- Primary color — Used for accents, buttons, and highlights in exported documents
- Preview — See how your color looks in the header and on sample documents before saving
Where Your Branding Appears

| Exported PDF reports | Your logo appears in the header of compliance reports, chemical inventories, and audit exports |
| Chemical labels | GHS, NFPA, and HMIS labels include your company logo when printed |
| Training certificates | Completion certificates display your logo and brand colors |
| HazCom plans | Your Written HazCom Program PDF includes your company branding in the header |
Your branding does not change the Tellus web interface itself — it applies to exported and printed materials.
How to Configure Branding
- Navigate to AdminHQ from the main menu
- Click Branding in the sidebar
- Click
Upload Logoand select your image file - Use the color picker to set your primary color
- Review the preview to see how your branding will look
- Click
Save
Your branding applies to all new exports and documents generated after saving. Previously generated documents are not retroactively updated.

Starter plan users see the default Tellus branding on all exports.
