Configure Company Branding
For: Admin | Tier: Standard+
Add your company's logo and colors to make exported documents, labels, and certificates look like they came from your organization — not a generic template.
Steps
- Navigate to AdminHQ from the main menu
- Click Branding in the sidebar
- Upload your logo:
- Click
Upload Logo - Select a PNG or SVG file (recommended size: 200 x 60 pixels)
- Your logo appears in the preview area
- Click
- Set your primary color:
- Click the color picker or enter a hex code (e.g.,
#1A5276) - The preview updates to show your color in context
- Click the color picker or enter a hex code (e.g.,
- Review the preview to see how your branding will appear on documents
- Click
Save
Where Your Branding Appears
After saving, your logo and colors show up on:
- Exported PDF reports — Compliance reports, chemical inventories, audit exports
- Chemical labels — GHS, NFPA, and HMIS labels printed from ChemIQ
- Training certificates — Completion certificates generated by SafePath
- HazCom plans — Your Written HazCom Program PDF
Previously generated documents are not updated retroactively. To apply your branding to an existing document, regenerate or re-export it.
Tips
- Use a transparent background on your logo — It looks best across both light and dark surfaces.
- Wide logos work better than tall ones — The logo space in headers and documents is horizontal.
- Keep the file under 2 MB — Larger files may slow down document generation.
- Preview before saving — The preview shows exactly how your branding will look. Take a moment to confirm the colors work with your logo.
