View Your Compliance Dashboard

For: Admin, Manager, Coordinator | Tier: Standard+

Your Compliance Center gives you a real-time snapshot of your organization's compliance health. Here's how to navigate it and take action on what you find.

Steps​

  1. Open Insights — Click Insights in the main sidebar navigation. You'll land on the Compliance Center by default.

  2. Review your Readiness Score — At the top of the page, the Readiness Bar shows your overall compliance as a single percentage. This score factors in SDS coverage, training completion, plan status, and quantity compliance. Aim for 85% or higher to stay inspection-ready.

  3. Check the Module Summary Cards — Below the readiness score, you'll see cards for each module area — chemicals, training, and plans. Each card shows key stats and a color-coded status indicator:

    • Green — Healthy, no action needed
    • Yellow — Needs attention soon
    • Red — Urgent action required

  4. Review the Alert Feed — Scroll down to see all active alerts, organized by severity:

    • Urgent (red) — Expired SDSs, overdue training, exceeded thresholds
    • Warning (yellow) — Approaching deadlines, expiring certifications
    • Info (blue) — New chemicals added, training completed

  5. Act on Alerts — Click any alert to jump directly to the affected item. For example, clicking an "SDS Expired" alert takes you to the specific chemical so you can upload a new SDS. Alerts clear automatically once the issue is resolved.

  6. Drill Into Details — Click any module summary card to open the full dashboard for that area (Chemical Insights, Training Insights, or Plan Insights) for deeper analysis.

Tips​

  • Check daily — A quick 2-minute scan of the Compliance Center each morning catches issues before they become citations.
  • Focus on red first — Urgent alerts represent active compliance gaps. Resolve these before moving to warnings.
  • Use the multi-site filter (Pro) — If you manage multiple sites, use the site filter to focus on one location at a time or compare sites side by side.
