Manage Billing and Subscription

For: Admin

Tellus EHS has one plan at $99/month with all features included. Your plan includes up to 100 products, 3 sites, and 15 users. Here's how to manage your subscription.

View Your Current Plan​

  1. Navigate to AdminHQ from the main menu
  2. Click Billing in the sidebar
  3. The Plan & Usage tab shows your current plan:
    • Subscription status (Active, Trial, Past Due, etc.)
    • If you're on a trial, a banner shows how many days remain
  4. Below the plan card, usage bars show how much of your limits you're using (products, users, sites)
  5. Scroll down to see your enabled modules (all modules are included)

View Invoices​

  1. From the Billing page, click the Invoices & Exports tab
  2. Browse your invoice history
  3. Click any invoice to view details or export as PDF

Invoice management is coming soon. During the beta period, contact the Tellus team for billing inquiries.

Tips​

  • Check usage — The usage bars on the Plan & Usage tab show exactly where you stand against your limits.
  • Trial to paid — At the end of your 14-day trial, subscribe to continue using Tellus.
