Manage Billing and Subscription

For: Admin | Tier: All plans

Your subscription determines which modules you can access, how many users and sites you can have, and which features are available. Here's how to manage it all.


View Your Current Plan

  1. Navigate to AdminHQ from the main menu
  2. Click Billing in the sidebar
  3. The Plan & Usage tab shows your current plan:
    • Plan name (Starter, Standard, or Pro)
    • Subscription status (Active, Trial, Past Due, etc.)
    • If you're on a trial, a banner shows how many days remain
  4. Below the plan card, usage bars show how much of your limits you're using (sites, locations, users)
  5. Scroll down to see your enabled modules

Upgrade Your Plan

  1. From the Plan & Usage tab, scroll to the Available Plans section
  2. Review the three plan cards side by side — your current plan is highlighted
  3. Click Upgrade on the plan you want
  4. Review the changes and confirm

Access to new features is immediate after upgrading. Your billing is prorated for the remainder of your current period.


View Invoices

  1. From the Billing page, click the Invoices & Exports tab
  2. Browse your invoice history
  3. Click any invoice to view details or export as PDF

Invoice management is coming soon. During the beta period, contact the Tellus team for billing inquiries.


Tips

  • Check usage before upgrading — The usage bars on the Plan & Usage tab show exactly where you stand. If you're only near the limit on users but have plenty of sites, you know what's driving the upgrade.
  • Downgrade timing — When you downgrade, your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period. You won't lose access mid-cycle.
  • Trial to paid — At the end of your 14-day trial, choose a plan to continue. If you don't select a plan, your account reverts to the Starter tier.
