Training Dashboard

The Training Dashboard is the first thing you see when you open SafePath. It gives you an at-a-glance view of training activity across your organization — or, if you are an employee, a focused view of your personal progress.


Two Dashboard Views

SafePath provides two distinct dashboard experiences depending on your role. If you are an Admin, Manager, or Trainer, you can toggle between both views.

Employee Dashboard

The Employee Dashboard is your personal training hub. It shows:

  • My Assigned Courses — All courses assigned to you, with status (Not Started, In Progress, Completed) and due dates
  • Upcoming Deadlines — Courses with approaching due dates, sorted by urgency
  • My Certifications — Active certifications, expiring certifications, and expired ones requiring renewal
  • Completion History — A record of every course you have completed, with dates and scores

This is the default view for employees and contractors. You can start a course directly from this page by clicking Start or Resume next to any assignment.

Admin Dashboard

The Admin Dashboard gives managers, trainers, and admins a company-wide (or site-level) view of training compliance. It shows:

  • Overall Completion Rate — Percentage of all assignments completed across your organization
  • Overdue Training — How many employees have missed their deadlines, with a breakdown by site and course
  • Compliance Gaps — Roles or sites where required training has not been assigned or completed
  • Certification Alerts — Certifications expiring in the next 30, 60, or 90 days
  • Recent Activity — A feed of recent completions, new assignments, and certification updates

Use the site filter at the top of the page to focus on a specific site, or view your entire organization at once.


Toggling Between Views

If you have an Admin, Manager, or Trainer role, you will see a view toggle at the top of the dashboard. Switch between My Training (your personal assignments) and Admin View (company-wide analytics) at any time. Employees see only the My Training view.


Quickstart Status Banner

When you first start using SafePath, a Quickstart Status Banner appears at the top of the Admin Dashboard. This banner tracks your setup progress through the SafePath Quickstart Wizard — showing which setup steps you have completed and which remain.

The banner disappears once you have completed all quickstart steps (or when you dismiss it). See SafePath Quickstart Wizard for details on the setup checklist.
