Insights is your compliance nerve center. It continuously monitors every part of your EHS program — chemical inventory, SDS coverage, training completion, plan health, and quantity thresholds — and surfaces the information you need in real-time dashboards, alerts, and reports.
Instead of manually checking spreadsheets or walking the floor to find compliance gaps, Insights tells you exactly where you stand and what needs attention. Your readiness score gives you a single number that represents your overall compliance posture. Your alert feed highlights urgent issues before they become citations. And when an inspector walks through the door, your reports are ready to print.
On Pro plans, the EHS Agent takes this further. It automatically evaluates safety decisions in the background — analyzing new chemicals, checking regulatory exposure, recommending PPE, and flagging training gaps — without any manual intervention.

Key Features
Readiness Score
Your readiness score is a single percentage that rolls up compliance data across every module. It factors in SDS coverage, training completion rates, plan status, and quantity compliance to give you an at-a-glance answer to the question: "Are we inspection-ready?"
The score updates in real time as your team adds chemicals, completes training, publishes plans, and resolves alerts.
Alert System
Insights uses a three-tier alert system to prioritize what needs your attention:
- Urgent — Immediate action required. Expired SDSs, overdue training, exceeded quantity thresholds, or expired plans.
- Warning — Action needed soon. Training deadlines approaching, certifications expiring within 30 days, SDS documents nearing expiration.
- Info — Awareness items. New chemicals added, training completed, plans published.
Every alert is actionable. Click any alert to jump directly to the affected item — the specific chemical, employee, or plan that needs attention.
Reports and Exports
Generate audit-ready documentation on demand:
- PDF Reports — Snapshot any dashboard as a formatted PDF for management reviews or inspector requests
- CSV Exports — Download raw data for your own analysis in spreadsheets
- Compliance Summaries — Pre-formatted reports designed for OSHA inspectors, covering SDS coverage, training records, plan status, and quantity data
Getting Started
- Navigate to Insights from the main sidebar
- Review your Compliance Center to see your overall readiness score and any active alerts
- Drill into specific dashboards (Chemical, Training, Plan) to understand the details behind your score
- Resolve alerts by clicking through to the affected items and taking the recommended actions
- Export reports when you need documentation for management reviews, audits, or inspections
